The Mater Misericordiae University Hospital is a major acute teaching voluntary hospital and holds a pre-eminent place in the delivery of healthcare to the community of North Dublin and rest of the country. A member of the Ireland East Hospital Group, the largest Hospital Group in the country, the hospital is academically aligned with University College Dublin. We are currently delivering national specialties in: Heart and Lung Transplant, Spinal Injuries, Pulmonary Hypertension, Extra Coropeal Life Support, National Isolation Unit, Adult Congenital Heart Disease and Bone Anchored Hearing Aids. Regional specialties include oncology, breast cancer screening, ophthalmology, neurologyand dermatology. The service also provides an Acute Inpatient mental health care facility , delivered from a 15 bed unit supported by a Community Mental Health Team and Specialist Liaison Services The Hospital also provides services under a range of medical and surgical specialties, including cardiology, renal services, general and vascular surgery, urology and orthopaedics. STAFF NURSES / GRADUATE NURSES REQUIRED FOR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
The Mater Misericordiae University Hospital is curerntly recruiting for Staff Nurses working within the Mental Health Services. These are permanent and full time appointments working 39 hours per week. This competition is open to Graduate Staff Nurses.
