Branch Circular re 2 Year Contracts with 3 attachements

To All Branch Secretaries:

Dear Colleagues,

I am to refer to the Circulars issued in recent days providing for the employment of Staff Nurses on 2 year contracts in replacement for Agency Staff.

  • Each Service is asked to identify a number of posts which could be offered as 2 year Staff Nurse Contracts.

  • Nurses on the Graduate Programme are eligible to be offered 2 years Staff Nurse Contracts.

There are a number of issues arising from these circulars which will be raised at our meeting with HSE CERS next week.
