It was agreed that the Conciliation Conference would be adjourned to allow for direct engagement between the parties to get underway immediately at national level on plans to re-configure Mental Health Catchment Areas.
HSE Management are to provide the PNA with details of its proposals in regard to the reconfiguration
To ensure that the talks proceed in a positive and constructive environment, no unilateral action is to be taken by either side on issues covered by the negotiations.
The Conciliation Conference is to be reconvened on Monday 12/10/09 at 2.30pm to review progress
