John Moloney, Minister of State, admitted on Prime Time last night that the moratorium on recruitment meant that the Government could not progress its Vision for Change plan, in response Des Kavanagh, General Secretary of the Psychiatric Nurses Association says newly qualified nurses are leaving the country as there are no jobs here.
He is calling on Minister Moloney to get the Department of Finance to show flexibility in the application of the moratorium on recruitment of young graduate psychiatric nurses.
